Delivery Information
- Free UK Mainland Delivery: All orders are sent with Evri Tracked at no extra cost.
- Royal Mail Option: Available for a small fee (UK mainland only).
Dispatch Times
- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 working day (slightly longer during busy times).
- You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Easy Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase—but if you don’t, no problem!
- 30 days to return: Send items back within 30 days for a full refund or replacement.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with seals intact.
- Change of mind? Return postage is your responsibility.
- Faulty, damaged, or incorrect? We’ll cover return postage (UK: freepost label, International: postage refunded).
- Proof of postage: Please get a receipt when sending your return. Without it, we can’t replace, or refund lost parcels.
- Processing time: We’ll refund or replace within 2 working days of receiving your return. If you don’t state a preference, we’ll issue a refund.
