Used condition. Some minor wear on item due to age. The edges and corners show some wear, and there’s a rip over the “Lehigh valley” words on the bottom. The one corner is missing and another is bent with a crease. There are two spots where the white of sign has ripped off. The back of sign has some slight discoloring as well. Overall great condition, this is a great piece of railroad history. Dated June 26, 1952
