All orders are shipped FREE within the lower 48 contiguous United States using FedEx or UPS Ground services.

Buyers located outside the contiguous 48 states (APO, FPO, HI, AK, PR, and US territories) are responsible for all applicable shipping charges.

Carriers require a confirmed residential or business address for delivery.
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes for most items and require a valid physical address.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST with standard shipping will ship the SAME BUSINESS DAY.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will ship the following business day.

Carriers do not pick up shipments on weekends or national holidays.
Orders placed on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) or on US national holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Shipping and delivery times may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

LTL / FREIGHT SHIPMENTS

Certain large items such as full servers, storage arrays, rack equipment, or bulk orders may require LTL freight shipping.

Orders requiring LTL freight will typically ship within 2–3 business days after order confirmation.

Freight shipments require verification of the delivery address and may require a commercial address or loading dock depending on the item.

Freight carriers cannot always provide same-day pickup. Once the address is confirmed, freight orders will be scheduled for shipment within 2–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship within the following business days once processing resumes.

SHIPPING TIMETABLES

Delivery time varies depending on the buyer’s location within the 48 contiguous states.

Typical delivery times range between 1–6 business days after shipment.

Residential deliveries are generally made Tuesday through Saturday.
Business deliveries are typically made Monday through Friday.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

We may request photos of the packaging and product to assist with filing a carrier claim.

Once the claim is verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund according to our return and warranty policies.

DELIVERY AND SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS

Most shipments are delivered without a signature requirement unless the value or carrier requires one.

Signature confirmation may be added at our discretion for high-value equipment.

If you require a signature upon delivery, please notify us prior to shipment.

DELIVERY ADDRESS POLICY

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase.

International shipments are handled through eBay’s Global Shipping Program when applicable.
All international shipping costs, duties, taxes, and import fees are determined by eBay and the destination country.

If there are any issues verifying the shipping address, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
