• This 1950’s / 1960’s vintage party dress is a white nylon chiffon, with embroidered accents across the chest, and matching striped trim on the hem of the skirt. The silhouette is somewhat empire waisted, with the bodice being shorter than hitting at the natural waist. The neckline is a double layered collar, with the short cap sleeves having the same sheer layered effect. It buttons up the back. The skirt portion Is gathered, with a full sweep. There are two layers - a lining and the over skirt with the striped trim. 
• There are belt loops - however - I do not have the original belt.

• What makes this special: The embroidered trim across the chest has a scalloped lace effect with flowers that have a chintz teapot type styling. 
• Outfit idea: perfect for adding a colored petticoat for a pop of color.

• Condition: Excellent preloved condition, with no flaws or damages to note. Please note - the tiered skirt looks yellowed in photos, due to how the nylon photographed in the flat photos, however - there is no staining. This piece has been freshly washed and is ready to wear.
