Vintage Mexican Tonala Salt and Pepper Shakers Floral Birds Quail Hand Painted

Condition:
This is a pair of vintage Tonala salt and pepper shakers.  They are egg-shaped with hand-painted florals and a fantastic quail or bird on each.  They are signed RS on the bottom.  They have a handwritten "Mazatlan" on the back.  It looks like it is just a marker that may be able to be removed with a solvent if you desired.  They measure 2.75" tall x 2.25" wide.  They are in very good condition with no chips, cracks, or damage.  They have their original stoppers.  It looks like the hole was a little big for one plastic stopper, so they have cut a stopper in half and each shaker has a 1-1/2 stopper in the bottom to plug the hole.  Please see the photos for specifics on the condition of this lovely set of shakers.
