- Faulty, damaged, or incorrect? We’ll cover return postage (UK: freepost label, International: postage refunded).
- Proof of postage: Please get a receipt when sending your return. Without it, we can’t replace, or refund lost parcels.
- Processing time: We’ll refund or replace within 2 working days of receiving your return. If you don’t state a preference, we’ll issue a refund.
