No date present. 64 pages with schematics.

Shows age/wear/tears on cover.

 Pages in good condition overall, mild wear on a few pages.

 Binding intact, starting to tear.

We see no writing on pages but it is still possible.

May have slightly musty odor from age (not smoke).
