there is almost no dust or other signs of use on them, which is always visible on longer used tubes of this type
they look like tubes that come from stock




I have no way to test this tube

to be sure - every tube I checked   heater  ( Uf 6,3V, If = about 2,6A )

so think well before buying, because the other parameters have not been verified
