Stainless steel material characteristics:

201 stainless steel has poor corrosion resistance and a dull surface, even when polished, it still presents a bright black color.

304 stainless steel has higher corrosion resistance than 201, higher surface brightness, and is widely used.

316 stainless steel will add additional molybdenum element, which has good anti-corrosion and rust resistance.

410 stainless steel has a high carbon content, good strength and hardness, stronger magnetism, and is suitable for industrial appliances such as bolts, nuts, pump parts, rulers, and some tableware.

Carbon steel bolt material, commonly known as high-strength bolts, is suitable for steel frame structure beam column connections, solid web beam connections, heavy crane beam connections in industrial buildings, brake systems, and important structures that bear dynamic loads.

201 Stainless Steel (SUS), suitable for use in a dry environment, it is easy to rust with water.

304 Stainless Steel (A2), outdoor or humid environment, resistant to corrosion and acid.

316 Stainless Steel (A4),  especially suitable for seawaterand chemical media.

304 and 316 are both stainless and acid resistant steel, and both are sanitary grade stainless steel, suitable for use in coastal areas. However, it is still recommended to use 316 when the chlorine content in the usage environment is relatively high.
