Elegant but comfortable vintage set made by Jeffrey & Dara ( by Linda Hutley and Evelyn Socias).

Both of the pieces are missing a size tag, I have estimated this to be a larger, but truly the material is so stretchy it could be worn on last trimester of pregnancy.

Here are measurements lying flat, without stretching:

Dress chest: 37 inches

Dress waist: 34 inches

Dress length from base of neck to hem: 51 inches

Jacket chest: 42 inches

Jacket waits: 40 inches

Jacket length from base of neck to hem: 19 inches

Dress is a pullover and jacket closes with 4 buttons. Jacket also has shoulder pads.
