If you have any questions about your order or the items we have for sale please E-mail us.  Please note that we are closed on the weekends and holidays so E-mails and payments received after business hours will not be processed until the next business day. If you are not receiving answers to your E-mails, please check your SPAM folder to make sure they are not accidentally being delted by your spam filter.

COMBINED SHIPPING

Save money on your orders with a combined shipping discount! We are more than happy to combine shipping on multiple purchases to save you money on shipping. We do require that all items must be paid for via a single payment. This makes it possible to match your items up for shipping, and eliminates the extra fees we get charged when separate payments are made -which allows us to pass the savings on to you. If separate payments are made, the full shipping charge for each item will apply. 

How can you get combined shipping?

Just add everything you want into your shopping cart, then go into your cart and click on the “Request total from seller” link (see the note below about using mobile devices).

If you are using a cell phone/Mobile Device: You will need to use a full internet browser and select the “ebay classic site” at the bottom of the page so you can make the request from the full ebay website. Ebay’s mobile site and mobile app do NOT offer combined shipping.

If you are buying multiple items ONLY from the SAME listing: Please follow the instructions above and then send us a quick E-mail to let us know (ebay doesn’t notify us of requests for combined shipping within one listing).  

If you are an International buyer: please contact us with a list of the items you want. We will have to create a new ebay listing which contains all of those items.

 













Please note there are some cases where combining items may INCREASE your shipping costs.  This usually happens when you combine books with other non-book items (because books can ship via media mail, but if you add anything else to the package, the whole package has to ship via more expensive methods). 

WHEN MAKING PAYMENT

We accept Paypal (Ebay Payments), Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. You must include your shipping address with your payment. If you have special instructions, please contact us before making payment. Please do not use Paypal's "Notes" section on the payment to make special handling requests. We do reserve the right to restrict  payment types or to require verification of identity to help prevent fraud.  Payment must be received within 4 days. After 4 days have passed items will be released to other buyers. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Most packages will arrive within 3-14 days. We ship quickly, but have no control over what the carrier does with the package once it leaves our hands. If you need guaranteed delivery by a specific date, please E-mail us for a shipping quote that includes a guaranteed delivery date (such as Express Mail, or UPS 2 & 3 day delivery services).  Shipments to P.O. Boxes may incur additional charges (because we normally ship our heavy items vis UPS or FedEx).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
 

We like to keep our items available to buyers across the globe. Please familiarize yourself with the following terms for international shipping before bidding. This will help us keep our items available to international buyers. If you cannot abide by these terms, please do not make this purchase.

• Shipments to the Norway, AUSTRALIA, and Canada are currently taking a LONG time to arrive. Please select First Class or Priority Mail to those destinations. If you selected Economy, you can expect delivery times of up to 60 days).

• International First Class Mail: This service offers an average 5-20 day delivery with in-transit tracking. If a package does not arrive within 30 days, we can arrange for a refund or replacement. We recommend this service or better if you are in a hurry to get your items. 

• International Economy (Standard) Shipping averages 10-40 days for delivery.  Economy is an inexpensive, but slower delivery option. DO NOT USE THIS OPTION IF YOU LIVE IN AUSTRALIA, NORWAY, CANADA OR OTHER AREAS OF THE WORLD PRONE TO LONG DELIVERY TIMES as you may see delivery times of up to 60 days. This is a consolidated service where the post office gathers a bunch of packages going to the same area together to ship in a single container as a bulk shipment rather than shipping each package individually. This makes it much less expensive than regular airmail - BUT IT CAN ALSO TAKE MUCH LONGER because it is routed in the most economical way by the post office (and may be routed through several intermediate sorting centers). This service also offers limited in-transit tracking. The tracking number will not register until it clears customs.  By Selecting this service, you agree to allow up to 40 days for delivery.  If the package does not arrive within 40 days we can issue a refund or send a replacement. PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE THIS SHIPPING METHOD IF YOU CANNOT ACCEPT THE LONGER POSSIBLE TRANSIT TIME OR IF YOU CANNOT ACCEPT THE LIMITED TRACKING.

• We will deliver your item to the post office quickly, but any time you are dealing with two post offices, two governments, customs clearance, and thousands of miles of distance - items can take a while to arrive.  If you need a guaranteed delivery date, please ask for a shipping quote for Express Mail. Please understand that once we give your package to the postal service, we have no control over how the postal service routes your package or how long customs takes to clear the package for delivery. 

• The buyer is responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes (we cannot falsify customs forms, as it illegal to do so - Falsifying a government document carries a penalty of 5 years in prison and/or a $10,000 fine per occurrence.) These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. As a seller we have no way of knowing if your government will charge you these taxes, or how much they will be. You are responsible for all taxes and duties. 

• Flammable items such as Paints (non-water based or flammable), Fuels, Li-Po batteries and similar items cannot be shipped internationally or to US Possessions, Hawaii or Alaska.

• ***VERY IMPORTANT*** If your address uses more than 40 characters on any line of the address or your address contains special (non-english) characters please contact us before making payment. The shipping software we use will cut off any address line over 40 characters long. If you have a longer address than this, please contact us so we can make proper arrangements. 

• Some countries have restrictions on what may be imported into that country - please make sure you can legally import the item before you bid. Some countries have size restrictions on packages. If you are ordering large items such as airplane kits, please contact us before you bid so we can make sure the item can be shipped to you as there are size restrictions to some countries.

 P.O. Box, APO/FPO, ALASKA, HAWAII, and US POSSESSIONS SHIPMENTS

Flammable items such as paints (non-water based or flammable), fuels, Lipo batteries and similar items cannot be shipped to these addresses due to hazardous materials restrictions. Additional shipping charges may apply to shipments going to these locations because heavy items we ship via UPS/FEDEX ground within the continental US - a method that cannot be used to these locations.  We strongly suggest that you request Priority Mail shipping to APO/FPO addresses as first class mail to these locations can be slow.

Insurance

The listed shipping and handling charges include insurance against loss or damage for all items (foreign and domestic).

Sales Tax

Buyers in Utah pay 6.85% sales tax as required by state law.
