Vintage Thatched Cottage House Figurine Tea House Pottery Clay UK Miniature 5" Fairy Garden SC British Original Handmade by Simon Greatbatch

Condition:
This is a preowned, vintage thatched roof clay cottage.  It is made of pottery clay and is NOT resin.  It is marked with SC in a circle and is also stamped BRITISH right in the clay.  The bottom is felted and has a handwritten label that says "A handmade original by Simon Greatbatch".  It is a super cute country cottage inn with a billboard outside advertising "TEA".  It has a cobbled courtyard, open windows and doors, a thatched roof, and a stone exterior.  It measures 5" x 3.75" x 4" tall.  it is very cute and would be adorable in a fairy garden or as part of a train set or other miniature display.  It is in great condition.  There is one small chip along the bottom edge on the backside of the cottage.  There is also some wear along the roofline above the windows that in some lights looks lighter than the rest of the roof.  Please see photos for specifics on the condition of this collectible British cottage.
