wikipedia notes: The Civil Rights Act of 1960 was a United States federal law that established federal inspection of local voter registration rolls and introduced penalties for anyone who obstructed someone's attempt to register to vote or to vote. It was designed to deal with discriminatory laws and practices in the segregated South, by which blacks had been effectively disfranchised since the late nineteenth and turn of the twentieth century. It extended the life of the Civil Rights Commission, previously limited to two years, to oversee registration and voting practices. The act was signed into law by President Dwight D. Eisenhower and served to eliminate certain loopholes left by the Civil Rights Act of 1957.

For this specific item, A U.S. winner pays $10.00 S&H. If multiple items are purchased and paid for simultaneously, the S&H will be calculated by using the highest item's S&H as the base cost, and then adding a small amount for each additional newspaper. The per-item additional cost for newspapers, folders, portfolios, and presentation cases vary according to size and weight.
  2. All U.S. orders include in-house insurance at no additional cost to the buyer and include delivery confirmation.
  3. All orders include tracking & delivery confirmation.
  4. Orders ship within 24 business hours of receiving payment.
  5. Some small items may be shipped 1st Class.  We will still provide tracking and insure them at our expense.
Combined Shipping Notice
