1. Why is the battery I received below 12v?

 

• Due to safe export transportation and prolong the life of the battery. the VESTWOODS 12.8V lithium-iron phosphate battery is usually set to sleep mode before leaving the factory, the voltage is 5-9V DC.

 

2. How to connect to mobile monitoring app？

3. Why can't I use my charger to charge the SGO POWER battery?

 

• a) Because the battery is dormant, just use charger for 1 minute to wake up from 14.4-14.6V DC.
• b) Or press the control button on the battery cover to wake up the battery. When the battery is activated, the LED on the button will light up.
• c) If you use the inverter to charge, you can choose the strong charging mode.
