ROASTING
This coffee is done using a base created specifically for our professional flavoured variations and it is roasted using the split roast technique, separating the coffees by country of origin. Both splits are similarly medium to light roast, done in a short time, and are done to work well and not overpower the added flavours, making for a very balanced, accessible roast.
AROMATIC PROFILE
A delightful combination of the added vanilla flavour and the cereal and red fruit notes of the base coffee, which also displays sweet biscuit aromatics and a touch of nuts.
