This is a "Buy it Now" listing for a genuine Harris 801-145-580 shielding gas regulator is for use with Argon or Argon/CO2 mix gas when Tig or Mig welding.  The regulator is capable of 145 PSI which is enough pressure to meet any shielding gas needs.  The CGA 580 inlet works with Argon or Argon/CO2 or tri-mix gas if needed.  The outlet is a 5/8-18 female fitting that will work with standard argon hose male fittings.  The Harris Argon regulator has a rugged brass body and hard plastic adjustment knob.  It has a neoprene diaphragm and a PTFE teflon seat.  Made in Poland.  We have this Harris Argon regulator at an incredible price while supplies last.
