Lionel PREWAR 805 Door Guides, one PAIR, Maroon, NOS, EXC

These are old, and mysterious!  Found in a plastic bag (last photo) containing mixed colors and conditions of door guides. This is a pair of hand-selected dark brown or maroon guides that look like new.  No visible defects.

If your old box car or cattle car has beaten-up or rusted guides, replacing them with THESE GENUINE NOS PARTS would count as a 'repair', not a restoration (according to TCA rules).  So...no 50% drop in value of your great little car!
