Wool twill woven (tweed weight) in Pale aqua/turquoise blue shot through with red and gray. Beautifully constructed with most of the finishing done by hand. Classic Nehru styling with mandarin collar and roped shoulder with center vent at back. Besom pockets with flaps. Extra ticket pocket. Interior breast pockets on both sides and a ticket pocket inside as well. Lined in burgundy silk twill (faille). Pants are flat front with frogmouth pockets with an additional coin/watch pocket and are lined in khaki tan silk twill. We believe this suit to be from the mid to late 60s.
MEASUREMENTS: Please note that all measurements given on woven fabrics are exact so allow between 1/4" - 5/8" for ease and consider the linings/interfacings as well as shirt or vest you would wear underneath.

Condition: Very Good (nice and clean) Jackets, let alone entire suits by Feruch are very scarce. A nehru suit is in the permanent collection of the Victoria & Albert Museum.
