Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the delivery date.
Please send us a message or a return request if you wish to return an item.
Returns without our authorization, and return requests sent after 30 days have passed from the delivery date, will not be accepted.
Orders that are returned due to undeliverable conditions, such as expired retention periods or invalid shipping addresses, will be refunded in fully when returning to our warehouse. So please make sure that your shipping details are correct when placing your orders.
