Delivery
The cost of delivery is included in the price, there are no hidden charges. We have many years experience of online shipping and use  Tracked 48 Royal Mail.   There are cheaper options like 2nd class but T48 is the best. We aim to ship every order within 24 hours. Orders received between Friday- Sunday will be shipped Monday.

Returns
If there is a problem we aim to rectify it quickly.

If the item arrives faulty or damaged we will replace or arrange a refund.  Email us immediately and send in a photograph of the problem. Please keep all original packaging


If you no longer want the item then please email us no more than 7 days of receiving the parcel.  In order to return the item to us it must be in the original packaging and unused.  It is your responsibility to return the item safely and at your cost.
