Function:
LODDEN glaze is a ready-made premixed glaze designed specifically for zirconia and lithium disilicate all ceramic restorations. Perfect EZ glaze is a smooth glaze that can provide beautiful glaze in one firing.
Pre mixing provides precise consistency for each application.
LODDEN glaze has some wear resistance and can form a protective coating, which can be used for polishing zirconia. Unlike other paste glaze materials, LODDEN glaze does not clump, become uneven, or leave stripes. LODDEN glaze can provide smooth glaze every time, allowing ceramic artists to obtain perfect glaze without losing the anatomical structure of the restoration surface.

Precautions:
1. Please do not pour out the excess glaze liquid in the paste bottle.
2.. Please mix the paste and liguid evenly before daily use to ensure the consistency and operational feel of thepaste during use.
3. Each bottle of paste contains glaze ingredients, so there is no need to apply glaze separately.
4. Please make sure to use a clean and dry glaze brush and do not mix water into the paste. lf water is mixedinto the paste, white mist particles will be produced after sintering.
5. During the paste preparation process, add an appropriate amount of diluent and mix thoroughly in a clockwisedirection to ensure that there are no bubbles in the paste.
6. Please use steam or ultrasonic oscillation cleaning machine to clean the surface before stain & glaze.
Method:

Features:
1.Each bottle of Stain & Glaze Paste contains glaze ingredients. There is no need to apply the glaze separately. Theideal effect can be achieved by stain only once. The shades of each Stain & Glaze Paste can be matched at will.and can be used directly after stirring evenly.
2. The painting partitions and mixing ratios for anterior and posterior teeth are as follows.

Precautions:
1.. Due to diferent sintering furnace, if restoration is not transparent enough, the sintering temperature can beincreased or the holding time can be extended, which can improve the result.
2.lf cracks happened, extended cooling time or take out at lower temperature could avoid the microstress
cracks on zirconia surface caused by fast cooling.
3.lf sintering furnace cannot be vacuumed, increase the final sintering temperature (20-50°C recommended).
