Vintage Original oil Painting on board -New england artist Thomas Miceli signed TJM "Mountain Lake Scene" Early work I believe this is the artist, but it has not been authenticated by an expert -See pictures and this artist is very well listed so easy enough to shape your final conclusion as it did mine- Painting has some age and I believe is a very early piece based on the artist board. Board measures approx. 9 X 12 inches

What’s wrong with it? The painting is in pretty good condition, with some minor issues including paint loss, dings, dents, chips, cracks, scrapes, scratches, nicked edges, smudges, and crackling. It could also use a good cleaning.

 Terms of Sale

1. Payments
Taxes may be applicable. The shipping address associated with the buyers account must be included with payment. Contact the seller before bidding or buying to find out about acceptable payment methods for local pickups or deliveries. Payments must be received within three days of the end of the listing, unless prior arrangements have been made.

2. Shipping
Good packaging is included; double-boxing is not necessarily included. Framed art will not be shipped unframed unless otherwise specified. The seller usually ships on Mondays through Saturdays. The merchandise will normally be shipped on the seller's next shipping day after payment clears. The seller is not responsible for the transit time once the merchandise has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Shipping includes delivery to a physical address via a method of the seller's choice. If the buyer prefers a different shipping method other than that chosen by the seller, or if delivery is to a post office box, additional shipping costs may be required. At the seller's discretion, a signature may be required for delivery.

Shipping quotes must be requested prior to all international bidding or buying. For international shipping, there may be parcel size restrictions or prohibitions on certain classes of merchandise. Customs forms will not be falsified.

International buyers, please note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when the item is picked up; do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. The seller does not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as gifts. U.S. and international government regulations prohibit such behavior.

3. Other Information
Individual computers may display colors differently. All merchandise is sold "as is where is." The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold the seller harmless from and against any and all liabilities and expenses, of whatever kind or nature, arising from or related to the purchase, use, misuse, resale, or redistribution of the merchandise. A person under the age of 18 must not bid or buy without the consent of their legal guardian.
