ITEM DESCRIPTION

Up for your consideration is a very fine hand-made teapot in a sage green color, and personalized for "Mrs. Brogan Penistone," and made is 1927. It measures 10" wide, and about 7" tall. Although the tea pot has never been used, it could be and was made to accommodate whole leaf tea. It is in pristine condition, free of chips, cracks, crazing, or signs of use.

The pot is unsigned, and likely never produced in any type of quantity. It has applied white pottery pieces, and has an especially ornate form. It is much heavier than Wedgwood. A truly fine English tea pot.
