Johari is a world famous jewelry market in Jaipur, so naturally in the game Johari you and your fellow players will try to buy and sell gems in order to come out tops on the market.

The game lasts ten days, with players taking three actions each day. At the start of each day, the market is seeded with new gems, gold and prestige cards, with the stores holding only items of the same type and bazaar booths holding whatever comes to them. A new noble visits the market each day, offering a special power to whoever wants to pay for the privilege, with his price dropping each day.

Each player chooses one of the seven action cards in hand, then they resolve them in order of who has the most gold. They then do this twice more, getting discounts now for the cost of taking certain actions. The action cards let you earn gold, take all the cards from one store or bazaar booth, hire a noble, swap gems, protect yourself for inspections in case you have fake gems, copy your previously played action, or (most important of all) sell gems.

In addition to points from nobles and prestige cards, most of your score will come from gems that you sell — but you need to sell the right gems in the right way. When selling to a jeweler, you need to sell four different types of gems (or three types and gold), but you score only for one of the gem cards sold; when selling to a collector, you sell gems of only one type, but you have to hold the most gems of that type and you score only the difference between what you hold and what the player with the secondmost gems of this type holds. Status matters in the collector community!

Whoever has the most prestige points after ten days wins.

Please note there are some cases where combining items may INCREASE your shipping costs.  This usually happens when you combine books with other non-book items (because books can ship via media mail, but if you add anything else to the package, the whole package has to ship via more expensive methods).

WHEN MAKING PAYMENT

We accept Paypal (Ebay Payments), Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. You must include your shipping address with your payment. If you have special instructions, please contact us before making payment. Please do not use Paypal's "Notes" section on the payment to make special handling requests. We do reserve the right to restrict payment types or to require verification of identity to help prevent fraud. Payment must be received within 4 days. After 4 days have passed items will be released to other buyers.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Most packages will arrive within 3-14 days. We ship quickly, but have no control over what the carrier does with the package once it leaves our hands. If you need guaranteed delivery by a specific date, please E-mail us for a shipping quote that includes a guaranteed delivery date (such as Express Mail, or UPS 2 & 3 day delivery services). Shipments to P.O. Boxes may incur additional charges (because we normally ship our heavy items vis UPS or FedEx).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We like to keep our items available to buyers across the globe. Please familiarize yourself with the following terms for international shipping before bidding. This will help us keep our items available to international buyers. If you cannot abide by these terms, please do not make this purchase.

Shipments to the Norway, AUSTRALIA, and Canada are currently taking a LONG time to arrive. Please select First Class or Priority Mail to those destinations. If you selected Economy, you can expect delivery times of up to 60 days).
International First Class Mail: This service offers an average 5-20 day delivery with in-transit tracking. If a package does not arrive within 30 days, we can arrange for a refund or replacement. We recommend this service or better if you are in a hurry to get your items.
International Economy (Standard) Shipping averages 10-40 days for delivery. Economy is an inexpensive, but slower delivery option. DO NOT USE THIS OPTION IF YOU LIVE IN AUSTRALIA, NORWAY, CANADA OR OTHER AREAS OF THE WORLD PRONE TO LONG DELIVERY TIMES as you may see delivery times of up to 60 days. This is a consolidated service where the post office gathers a bunch of packages going to the same area together to ship in a single container as a bulk shipment rather than shipping each package individually. This makes it much less expensive than regular airmail - BUT IT CAN ALSO TAKE MUCH LONGER because it is routed in the most economical way by the post office (and may be routed through several intermediate sorting centers). This service also offers limited in-transit tracking. The tracking number will not register until it clears customs. By Selecting this service, you agree to allow up to 40 days for delivery. If the package does not arrive within 40 days we can issue a refund or send a replacement. We will deliver your item to the post office quickly, but any time you are dealing with two post offices, two governments, customs clearance, and thousands of miles of distance - items can take a while to arrive. If you need a guaranteed delivery date, please ask for a shipping quote for Express Mail. Please understand that once we give your package to the postal service, we have no control over how the postal service routes your package or how long customs takes to clear the package for delivery.

The buyer is responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes (we cannot falsify customs forms, as it illegal to do so - Falsifying a government document carries a penalty of 5 years in prison and/or a $10,000 fine per occurrence.)
