This is an original press photo. Soviet President Nikolai V. Podgorny gives speech Thursday in Moscow in which he blasted President Nixon's Vietnam policy. Podgorny, speaking on the eve of the 52nd anniversary of the Bolshevik Revolution, also accused the Nixon administration of taking "nonconstructive" stands on problems discussed by the USSR and the United States.
