3. HH-501 Super constant temperature water bath usage:

 

Water flow can be divided into external circulation and internal circulation:

 

1. External circulation flow:

 

(1) provide a larger water tank, install water inlet above and below the self-provided water tank, and connect water inlet above the self-provided water tank with 501 water outlet (water faucet on 501 control box is water outlet); the water inlet below the self-provided water tank is connected with the 501 water inlet (the water faucet next to the water outlet is the water inlet).

 

② there must be at least 50cm liquid level difference between the self-provided water tank and 501 (the self-provided water tank is above and 501 is below), only some water can be injected into the two water tanks (the water in 501 water tank cannot be lower than the height of the circulating water pump, and the water in the self-provided water tank depends on the items that need to be analyzed or cultivated).

 

③ turn on the power supply, turn on the power switch and the water flow circulation switch, and select the constant temperature:

 

a: turn the temperature "setting-temperature measurement" selection switch to the "setting" position, adjust the temperature control knob, and display the required set temperature digitally.

 

B: turn the temperature "setting-temperature measurement" selection switch to "temperature measurement", and the number shows the actual temperature of the working water tank (the red indicator light is on, indicating that the heater works).

 

c: When working, the water in 501 water tank gradually decreases, and when it drops below the water pump, the water pump can automatically suspend the water supply.

 

2. Internal circulating water flow: just connect the inlet and outlet of this instrument directly.

 

4. Precautions for HH-501 Super constant temperature water bath:

 

1. When using, the Shell should be properly grounded to avoid accidents.

 

2. All kinds of solutions are strictly prohibited from entering the control room to avoid damaging the machine.

 

3. Do not heat the water tank without water to avoid burning the heating pipe.

 

4. The circulating water pump must dive into the water before it can work.

 

5. When the instrument fails, please check or inform our company to repair it.
