From the Journal of Psychology and Physiology of the Sensory Organs. Supplementary volume 17 from the Journal of Psychology. 

Uniformly bound in the original half cloth with patterned paper covered boards.

This fascinating work comes from German experimental psychologist, Georg Elias Muller, who is notably credited with the theory of retroactive interference. 

This set's volumes contain his studies of colour phenomena, consisting of two summaries that helped define colour theory as a whole.


CONDITION

Uniformly bound in the original half cloth with patterned paper covered boards. Externally, very smart. With minor rubbing and bumping to the extremities. A few marks to the boards, with more to Volume II. Internally, firmly bound with bright and clean pages. Contemporary ink inscription to both endpapers.
