This is an original press photo. Lee A. Rubens has been appointed U.S. probation-parole officer of the newly assigned federal probation-parole office here for the western district of Wisconsin. Rubens, 34, has been a probation-parole officer in the federal probation system at Chicago the last six years. Prior to that he served as probation and parole agent for the Wisconsin state division of corrections. The appointment was announced by U.S. District Judge David Rabinovitz. Photo measures 8 x 10.25 inches. Photo is dated 06-04-1964.
