This 1959 release features the "Godfather of Fitness"!! It includes the hard-to-find insert in EXCELLENT+ condition!!! I would grade the cover NEAR MINT BUT for the words "Chicken Fat" written on the front!! I discovered the reason for that when I found the record "Chicken Fat" inside which I have listed separately!! The blue vinyl 10" record is EXCELLENT+ with no label wear, very minor surface marks, minor to no surface noise (Side 1), extremely minor to mostly no surface noise (Side 2) and no skips!!
