Heidi Krutzen , Lorna McGhee – Taheke - 20th Century Masterpieces for Flute and Harp (World Classical CD)

A wonderful album – and very rare Canadian import.

This CD features works by Debussy, Lutoslawski, Handel, Piazzola, Andriessen as well as Gareth Farr's Taheke commissioned by Canadian duo Lorna McGhee (flute) and Heidi Krutzen (harp).

Placed alongside other favourites in the flute and harp repertoire, Krutzen and McGhee bring Taheke, an enchanting work which depicts three New Zealand waterfalls to the forefront of modern flute and harp duos.

Condition

DISC: NM. Looks superbly clean on visual inspection. No obvious hairlines, scuffs or marks. Stored and handled carefully. Played just pre-listing and plays through fine. Disc clamps firmly in sprockets.
BOOKLET: EX. Colours remain vibrant and unfaded on gloss stapled 8-page book. No rips, stains, crinkling or creasing. Just some vertical bowing through left of centre.
JEWEL CASE: VG+. Some mild scuffing and marks through normal handling. Standard original CD case with black inlay tray.
