If the unit is found defective within 30 days of the invoice date, return it for a free replacement or refund. All Surplus products sold by Industrial Parts R Us, Inc. are warranted to our customer only and as follows: such products shall be free from material defect (under normal use, storage, handling, installation and other normal conditions) for a period of 30 days from the date of sale. Our obligation shall be limited to the replacement or refund, at our choice, of any such defective product (or part thereof as we determine) free of charge to our customer; if we decide that the product cannot be replaced, we shall credit your account in an amount equal to the sum you paid us for it.
