| Nitrogen concentrator is
mainly used for enrichment of large-volume sample or
preparation (such as drug screening, hormone analysis,
liquid phase, and mass spectrometry in the analysis of
sample preparation). Working principle: the nitrogen into
the heated surface of the sample and make the solvent t
evaporate and separated rapidly, thereby reaching the sample
enrichment purpose without oxygen, keep the sample purer.
Nitrogen concentrator instrument can concentrated dozens of
samples simultaneously, saving time and high efficient,
instead of rotary evaporation instrument. |

Heating tube
The heating tube

heating, and ensure the uniform heating and

There is a detachable
partition plate above the heating tube, to separates
the heating tube from the sample so that the sample

the solvent are made of stainless steel material,

The main function of
the pipe connected to the nitrogen bottle of the
Termovap Nitrogen Sample Concentrator is to use the
strong purging effect of nitrogen to purge the
solvent in the sample solution, so as to achieve the
concentration and purification of the sample. |

- Each air needle channel
in the distribution room can be used in combination or
separately, and each air needle can be switched on and off
separately. The height of the distribution room can be
adjusted as required.
- Each gas flow rate can be adjusted separately to meet the
different needs of users. At the same time, it overcomes the
weakness of different gas flow rate of the non-adjustable
nitrogen blower.
- The water bath nitrogen blowing instrument has a unique
self-balance suspension lifting system, clever design, so
that the height adjustment of the distribution room is more
flexible, truly achieve one-hand operation.
- Digital temperature controller, double digital display.
- The parts that may contact with the solvent are made of
stainless steel material, alloy aluminum and plastic
spraying surface, long service life and easy to clean.
- The whole machine can be put into the fume hood for use.
- Each model can be optional gas flow meter.
- The general standard heating block specification is the
pore size of 15mm, and users with special specifications can
book their special pore size and form in advance. |
