Open-Web Construction of Non-Woven Cloth:  Non-woven cloth consists of a web of nylon fibers, which are bonded together and saturated with abrasive grains. This produces a cushioned, three-dimensional material that is pliable, flexible and very long-lasting. The unique construction helps resist loading, run cool, allowing for consistent finishes, and also extend the life of the disc.
 
Quality Imported Nylon Fibers Material and Aluminum Oxide Abrasive:  European imported nylon fibers material and sharp aluminum oxide abrasive, provides faster cut rate for consistent finish and higher performance than competitive discs
 
Thicker Disc: Our non-woven surface conditioning discs are thicker than conventional discs. More abrasives fibers, Resins added, thus they last up to 2X longer with normal grinding.

Strong Nylon Scrim Backing:  High-loft nylon fibers bonded to a strong nylon scrim backing allows the thick layer of resin bond and aluminum oxide grain for extended life, added durability and stiffness
 
High Strength Plastic R Type Roll Lock Attachment: Offers quick and easy disc change-out for multi-step finishing processes
