He included the inscription "61 National Champs" with his signature. This helmet is a reproduction of the style Warfield wore in the 1960's with the suspension inside. This item comes with a serial-numbered hologram from Tristar, one of the leaders in the industry. The authenticity can be verified online by entering the serial number. A Tristar information card is also included.
