Binding is strong only one loose page shown in my pictures....

Note from me...we found this piece in an antique auction..my pictures dont do it justice...beautiful water colour painting flowers and that snow scene...also some funny cartoons....plus pencil and pen drawings and doodles owner had skills wish I was this talented...also poems and antidotes too real personal piece of history if you think of the time period and what's going on in the world this person was really focused on beauty...

Can only list 25 pictures really hard to choose 116 pages out of estimated 130/140 so much in here I'm not just showing the best so much I wanted to put in my listing....I obviously chose some of the best drawings that drawing of a lady from the time period and snow water colour are in my untalented eye the best but theres so much more....

Person had a funny sense of humor I really enjoied reading this beautiful handwriting too...

Dates first page you get 1897 nearer the back I found 1927 so I'm assuming its then...2 names I can find recurring are Mr Burt Haill and Ms Ivy B Howard....be a fun project possibly finding these people there are named place plus I included the castle drawing might be home might be a holiday

Might be one of my favourite pieces I've listed recently beautiful pictures poems jokes so much...hoping I can find it a new home deserves to be in a collection somewhere....
