HISATSUGU is a child of Nakata Yosaburobei, a craftsman of the Kawaji school. He studied under her predecessor Tomotsugu and married Tomotsugu's eldest daughter. He is said to be a skillful craftsman held by the Choshu clan.
This Tsuba shows the greatness of the technology. The movement of the leaves, as if they are folding back, is expressed with Iron. It is a wonderful Tsuba.
