There are a lot of variants for the base set of Allure, which is part of its appeal I think. 

First is Black Rainbow which falls 1:2.4 packs which means you'll get 10 in 24 packs or 10 every 3 boxes for the base #'s 1-100. ROokies are 1:4.8 packs or 10 in 48 packs which means 10 in every 6 boxes. So they are technically twice as hard to hit as the base cards (which makes sense since there are twice as few rookie cards (50) compared to base cards (100)). 

Red Rainbow are 1:6 packs for veterans and 1:12 packs for Rookies.
