This is the reservation for game services of Diablo 4 Season 5: Infernal Hordes. To better serve you, we will add you as in-game friend after you pay for the order. Pls. leave your battle tag and character name in the order note.

1. This is the reservation for game services of the season 5. Season 5 will launch on 8/6 Tue morning (10 am PDT, 1 pm EDT). We will need about 12 hours to boost up our own character, then we can start the unlock and boosting service for our customers, at around 10 pm PDT (1 am EDT). 

2. For the level boosting service, if you place the order before 8/6 Tue, we can complete the order in 3 days, before 8/9 Friday night, so that you can enjoy the game on the weekend.

3. For the boosting services with Glyphs, Temper menus and all gears: we will upgrade 6 Glyphs to lv 21, collect all the temper menus for the character and prepare all gears for the character (Sorcerer, Necromancer and Druid: 10 gears, Rogue: 11 gears, Barbarian: 12 gears). All the gears will be with item power 925. Since it is the beginning of the season, we cannot guarantee the gears with Great Affix, however, we will try best to hunt the GA gears, especially the weapons, for the character.  

4. For the XP by hour, to maximize the XP in shortest time, we will use the mode of "fast clear". The Pit or nightmare dungeon will not be fully cleared, the player can follow the carriers to loot items, but there may be risks to be attacked by monsters.

5. The piloted services are free for PS/PC/Xbox players.

Following are the answers to some Frequently Asked Questions.


1. Why do I need such service? The game is only ~$70. Is it crazy to spend similar/more amount of money on the game services?

Answer: Indeed, the game services, especially the piloted services, are somewhat "expensive" comparing to the price of the game. And such services may not be fit for all the players.

Let us use LEGO for example, some people are very good at playing such toys, they like to spend lots time to build LEGO and really enjoy this process. It is very fun for them to study the toy and try different combinations. For such "game genius", you enjoy the game all by yourselves and do not need any game services.
However, such services are very helpful for another group of players. Diablo is a game series with 25+ year history. Many players are busy with their work and family. They have very limited time to play. And they do not have enough time or energy to study the complex builds of Diablo 4. They just want to enjoy the game after a tired day. And we are here to help! We will take care of all the things and get you covered, so that you can enjoy the well-prepared characters and builds and have some quality time. 

For the cost, it may seems expensive of the whole package. If breaking down to detailed tasks with estimated work time, especially on the amount of time that the player will save (Our game masters are 10 times more efficient than normal players), you will find the service is really worthy.

2. Why the price is much more expensive in the beginning of each season?

Answer:  Diablo 4 is running by "seasons". Each season lasts for 3 - 4 months with a unique topic. After the season ends, all old characters and materials are moved to the "eternal realm". And all players start from scratch for the new season. 

There are 3 major reasons of the high price of services at the beginning of each season: 

(1) Task difficulty: In the beginning of each season, our game masters also start from scratch. Their gears are not well boosted as in the mid/late season. They need to spend more time to complete the service tasks.

(2) Market: In the early season, we typically receive more orders than mid/late season (especially level boosting tasks). But the number of masters that can provide such services are limited. 

(3) Material price: The material price for boss runs are very high in early season. Take the Duriel mats in Season 2 & 3 for an example: If we set 1 unit as the price of Duriel mats in late season (last month). The mat price in middle season was 2 - 4 times higher. And the mat price in the early season (not including the first 2 weeks) was 5 - 8 times higher. In the first 2 weeks, the mat price was 10 - 200 times higher! The price of boss run services has to increase accordingly to cover material cost.      

For most players, you will get a much better offer for the level boosting service if you can wait for 1 or 2 weeks. And you will spent much less money on Boss run after the first 2 - 3 weeks. For the players that do not want to wait, we will try our utmost to find cheap materials and provide the best services to you with the lowest cost.


3. Should I choose carry service or piloted service?

Answer:  It really depends on your requirements. In general, "carry" service is more flexible but the player has to spend time for it. The "piloted" service can save time significantly, but some players may have security & privacy concerns.
(1) Carry services: We offer services of unlocking T3, T4, boosting by hour and boss run services. Most services are charged by time or number of runs. The services are very flexible, you can choose and adjust the service time. But you have to play the character by yourselves. Sometimes you may be tired for such experiences, e.g., hundreds or thousands of Duriel runs.
(2) Pilot services: We offer various services & VIP packages on piloted services. Most piloted services are free on PC/PS/Xbox. We have to log on the customer's account for such services, and may need log-in info. or ask the customer to scan some QR code to grant the access permission. We fully understand the customer's concerns on security & privacy. Here are our promises & some points: (a) Pls. change the password before & after the piloted service; (b) We will keep confidential for all your account info. To report the progress to you, we may take some photos from your character in game. We will delete all the photos immediately after the service. No photo/info. will be leaked. (c) Beside the contents related to the service, we will never touch any other items/games. We are very serious on our reputation, and put the promise of keeping privacy & security as the first priority. So far, we have served close to 1000 clients, no issues/complains are reported on account privacy or security.

4. I am a beginner to Diablo 4, which package should I order?

Answer: For beginners, we strongly recommend you to order the VIP package of XP+Glyph+Gears.

If you only boost the XP/level, you may have the problem of "boosting deadlock": Since the monster level in Diablo 4 automatically increases with the character. When the character is boosted to lv 100, he/she has to face strong monsters of lv 100. If the gears do not match, the player will find it very difficult to win the fight. The key to solve this problem is to find good gears. The player has to kill monsters to look for better gears. But without good gears, one cannot win the fight. His/her character will be killed again & again and the player will be very frustrated.

For VIP package customers, we will do all these things for you to farm the gear and materials. So you do not need to worry for anything. The character will be well-prepared. You just need to enjoy the game then.
