Chalk Production Process

1. Mold evenly brush oil, brush back and forth with a wide brush, brush the new mold should be more oil.
2. The mold plate moving up and down a few times, the screw top and the bottom plate comes into contact.
3. Add a certain amount of gypsum powder to the bucket, and pour a certain amount of water into it.
4. Stir for 10-20 seconds until well mixed.
5. Pour the mixture into the mold, scraping it back and forth with a scraper to help the liquid fill the mold evenly.
6. Scrape off any remaining mixture with the scraper.
