10kg of Bourbon Chips, imported in from America in stave form, shaved, cut and chipped here in Tassie, by hand to the perfect size to get maximum flavour and colour.

NO NEED FOR FLAVOURING, COLOURING OR ESSENCE, LET THE WOOD DO THE WORK!

These chips are from used bourbon barrels.

I use these chips personally and don't believe you will find any better!

Chips can be used 2-3 times, but ít will affect final product time.

Couple of different options for use:
1. 100g per litre and leave for 3 weeks. Each time you re-use, leave them for an extra week.
2. Half a gallon (2.25l) on 500g for a week. Each time you reuse them, leave for an additional 4-6 days pending on colour and flavor.
