The original cards from these team sets are more 75 years old and their scarcity in top condition have priced them out of reach for most hobbyists. However, quality reprints (clearly marked as such - "REPRINT-1988") remedied that problem decades ago. This is a fine reprint of the largest post-war baseball set to that point in history. Today, reprints are becoming collector's items in their own right but still remain affordable to most collectors. Card size is: 2-1/8" by 2-1/2" - slightly larger than the originals (which are 2-1/16" by 2-1/2")
