Fybogel Hi-Fibre Orange Sachets are excellent for boosting fibre in your diet and aiding digestion. Fybogel uses natural ingredients to treat constipation without causing discomfort.

Usage Instructions:

For oral use only.

Fill 150ml of cold water into a glass. Pour in the required dosage. Stir well and drink immediately. It is preferable to consume after a meal. 

Dosage:

Adults and Children 21+: one sachet in the morning and one sachet in the evening.

Children 6 to 12 years old: ½ to 1 level 5ml spoonful, morning and evening. This will depend on the age and size of the child. This should also be prescribed after a meal.

This product should be taken 30 minutes prior or ahead of taking other medication.

Ingredients:

Each sachet contains 3.5g Ispaghula Husk B.P.

Also contains: Aspartame E951 (sweetener), Saccharin Sodium (sweeteners), Potassium Hydrogen Carbonate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Polysorbate 80, Silica Colloidal Anhydrous, Citric Acid, Beta-Carotene (E160a), Riboflavin Sodium Phosphate Colouring.

Warnings:

Do NOT use if:

• Allergic to any of the listed ingredients.
• Under the age of 6 years old.
• Should not be used after expiry date.
• Do not exceed the daily dose.
• If you suffer from Phenylketonuria.
