Colorful Spinning Lights when Fan Is Activated

This fan takes three AAA batteries (not included). I did test this fan and it turned on and spun. The lights also were working just fine, as seen in photos. The blade is a little wonky so you just have to make sure that their spin is unobstructed before you start the fan.
