    • Exhaust Motor: 1/6 HP, 1 Phase.

    • Variable speed control!! Means you only turn it at full speed when you have grease. You keep it at low speed when you cook light.

    • Grease Cup for commercial-duty centrifugal exhaust fans, includes down spout

    • 18 Gauge Steel Curb is included

    • This fan must be hardwired; it does not plug into a standard wall outlet.

    This hood is built to UL specification. It bears NSF label which is verifiable on NSF websites. It has met the standards set by the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF), which tests public safety, health, and environment.

    Option:

    • Upgrade to regular stainless steel filter $15/pc.

    • Upgrade to UL Listed stainless steel filter $30/pc.

    • Add pre-wired UL Listed,vapor proof,shatter proof light $80.

    • Add exhaust collar (not exceed 4" high) of any permissible size is $50
