The classic 1953 Topps baseball set - long desired by serious collectors - was reprinted by the Topps Company in 1991 in the modern standard size (2-1/2" by 3-1/2") adding new cards to most teams which were not included in the original edition. What was fast becoming unaffordable suddenly was within the financial reach of most collectors!
