This is a very pretty, very colorful Murano sommerso glass dish/ashtray with gold aventurine.

It reminds me of a beautiful sunset.

(It does have the style of Fratelli Toso glass pieces but cannot be definitive that this one is Fratelli Toso.)

It is in good condition. There are no chips or cracks. There are multiple small occlusions seen on the bottom of the dish.

It measures approximately 7 1/2”W x 6 1/4”L x 2 1/4”H.
