Medivators Advantage Plus with one of the following 5 serial numbers – 74534342 , 74888242 , 74888241 , 75108943 , 74808240 all mfg in 2014 and under full medivators maintenance when removed from service in 03/24 

Description – Complete Sub-Assy includes oem SS mount and all components plumbed together for quick and easy install. Assy Includes the Plast-O-Matic X1365-M Backflow control, (2) Gems 222605 Rotorflow electronic flow control sensors and MAC 111B-591JJ 24VDC solenoid valve and harness kit. All are mounted and includes oem plumbing connectors
