BSA Uniform Pants Cub Scout Blue. Based on the measurements and BSA size chart it is estimated these are a size 25 with a 24" hemmed length. 

Pictures with measurements are taken for greater accuracy in sizing. Photos of tags are provided only if there is a legible tag found.  Size chart is provided to use in conjunction with size charts to give a better idea of general BSA standards.
