Delivery
The
cost of delivery is included in the price, there are no hidden charges.
We have many years experience of online shipping and use the Tracked 48
service from Royal Mail. There are cheaper options like 2nd class but
T48 is the best.
Returns
If there is a problem we aim to rectify it quickly.
If
the item arrives faulty or damaged we will replace or arrange a
refund. Email us immediately and send in a photograph of the problem.
Please keep all original packaging
If
you no longer want the item then please email us no more than 7 days of
receiving the parcel. In order to return the item to us it must be in
the original packaging and unused. It is your responsibility to return
the item safely and at your cost.
