• After winning an item in auction or completing a Buy-It-Now purchase you must use our secured checkout system. Please click the checkout icon and follow the instructions.
  

• Check-Out Now! Click on the Check-out button and You will be able to complete your payment and finalize your purchase without waiting for the winning bidder email confirmation.

• Check-Out Later: Within 1 hours of the end of the auction, you will be notified via email that you are the winning bidder. There is no need to contact us to arrange payment. Our email will contain a link to our checkout site where you will be able to pay for your item.

• Checkout must be completed within 7 days of the end of the auction.

• For your convenience we accept the following types of  payments options for you to choose from like. But first please make sure you Check-out.

• If payment is not received within 7 days of the end of the auction, the item will be relisted. If the item is still available for purchase, we will gladly reopen your checkout.

• You must obtain a return RMA # before sending your item back to us. Please email us and let us know you are planning to send an item back for exchange or refund and an RMA # will be issued with the return details.
  
  
• If you are exchanging for another item and see the item online please email us chat with us or call us so that we will reserve the item for you and once the item is reserved we will give you instructions on how to return the item for an exchange.
